Bear sighting
Over Labor day I was in New Orleans for Decadence with some friends. Good, boozey times. Highlights included Austin Wolf and Tyler Wolf bartending (both shockingly handsome in person), Trenton Ducati and Jessie Colter go go dancing (nice legs and ass respectively), and Matt Rush milling about just chillin.
But perhaps the biggest show stopper was "Jorge" who is not in porn, but should be. He is however an instagram sensation (as "Samurbi") for obvious reasons. The guy is big as a house and literally stopped traffic on Bourbon street when he walked by. Such a hunk. Apparently he was in Ptown for bear week too and caused a collective statewide gasp when he donned a speedo. Thank god there are pics.

Bill Cable aka Stoner
For my fortieth birthday a friend gave me this copy of Playgirl with Bill Cable on the cover (AKA Stoner in the Colt world). I was not really aware of the depth of his fame until researching this post. Quite the superstar in his day--In a mainstream crossover he was even the murder victim in Basic Instinct. He's a little too "natural" for my taste, but I see the appeal, particularly when he sports a beard.
I included some bizarre photoshops at the end...one where someone put silver leggings on him and one where his head is on Carl Hardwick's body (I think).

I swear I didn't dream this....
I few weeks ago my internet crush Dominik Scherl posted a bunch of pictures with himself, Dirk Caber and Ben Brown in Berlin. I've always been a Ben admirer, so I took notice and saved the pics. Dominik then posted that they were happy and in love...then boom! Off facebook completely. He has since returned, but no Ben Brown pics. I don't know if he decided he wanted some privacy or if its already over, but wow, would I like to see those two going at it. Here are the only photos to prove this wasn't a lucid dream, plus some of Dom's latest gorg photos, and classic Ben.

80's Gary strydom
Gary Strydom, now 54, was an example of the square jawed superhero type that I drooled over as a kid. He's not hairy or dark haired, so he wasn't my usual style, but how could I ignore what that body projecting from magazine stands meant to my dirty teenage mind. He was, and is, an "impossible dream". Maybe wet dream.
The 80's colors in these pictures are so great! Hard to believe that was ever "normal".
The awesome thing about Gary is that he's still rocking--I follow him on Facebook, where he openly talks about steroid dos and don't, which is refreshing in world where most of those guys pretend they are "clean". Some more modern shots of him are at the end, still looking great.

Is this a fake Byron Green?
Photoshopping is so good these days its hard to tell if this is a fake or not. The only reason I doubt it's authenticity is that Mr. Green is quite an internet celeb and I've never seen a nude. Also the body looks too big. If that is his ding dong, I dont know why he's so bashful.

OMG Paul Wagner and Marco Dapper are friends and have mustaches
Marco Dapper (aka the most handsome man in the world) and Paul Wagner (aka my imaginary boyfriend) are apparently buddies and grew Movembers together this year. I can only assume they had sex repeatedly during this process. Obsessive Porn Projects
I do not profess to be an artist, but I do think of porn as art, and myself an afficianado of porn--so that gives me maybe a good artistic eye? A debatable statement perhaps.
Anyway, in the course of looking for double files among my collection, I routinely find pics that are so similar in style or staging that they seem meant to be together, although they may come from wildly different time periods or genres. I'm not skilled enough at photoshop to really blend these expertly, but here are a few groups I though looked good together.
Let me know if this kind of thing is interesting, because I could do it all day.

Steve Drake Revisited
I started this blog nigh 6 years ago largely to air my collection of mostly straight porn from the 80's and 90's before it was lost to sands of time. My very first post was of the legendary (to me at least) Steve Drake, whose perfectly patterned hairy pecs and mustache still make me sigh. All jokes aside, I sometimes have literal dreams about him, always with the hazy overly tinted tones prevalent in 80's photoshoots.
Recently I recieved a notification from a long forgotten Yahoo group I joined about him. I decided to check out the site and...my god. There are some very devoted Steve Drake fans. There are literally thousands of pictures of him there, though they are sadly mostly VHS screen grabs. The uploader's special attention to screen grabs of his face as he is being blown or having an orgasm--his grimaces of pleasure whether real or faked--tell the me the effect he had on these fans was similar effect he had on me. Its a true fan site on a level not usually seen for straight male porn stars.
I collected some of this best--and let me tell you it took hours to sift through. There are many hundreds more if you follow the yahoo link, but as I said they are mostly low quality.

Modern Jake
Jake Deckard retired from porn in 2013 and pursued other interests. He moved from New York, where I actually knew him socially, and went out west. I believe he is happily in love now. Luckily for fanboys like me he still has a social media presence and regularly posts pictures of his handsome bearded mug and newly tatted body.

I Don't hate Jessy Ares' Tattoo
I am the first to admit I've been a little bitchyabout a few porn stars' tattoo choices. You grow so familiar with repeat viewings of each nuance of a porn stars body that you tend to get unreasonably possessive I guess. But a have to say, although GIANT for a first tattoo, I think Jessy Ares picked a good one. It fits him---its butch and well done. But please Mr. Ares: leave me some bare skin as well! Your body is a great "as is". And I better not see "Born This Way" on your back in a month....
